This Saison was originally brewed with the Charleston BREWSTERS, an organization that encourages women to brew at local Charleston breweries, and they did an awesome job. We brewed a Saison and added Hibiscus flowers in the kettle and honey in the fermenter. This batch was aged on white AND red wine barrels.
