What might seem as an oxymoron, “golden stout” is a style that features many of the traditional stout characteristics you might expect, but without the heaviness or astringent roast character. This golden beer has all of the full bodied mouthfeel and sweetness of a stout from big addition of oats and a dab of milk sugar. We added raspberry puree, cacao nibs, and vanilla to our golden base for tons of fruity pastry flavors.
