Prost! We took a traditional German sour ale and gave it the Oktoberfest treatment – We packed the mash with 50 lbs of crushed pretzels, which give the beer a warm and toasty body. The pretzels lend a hefty dose of salt, which pairs perfectly with the balanced tartness. This beer complements the cooler evening air perfectly!
