The man behind the mac is Crave’s own Chef Landen, a six-time winner of the Charleston Mac Off whose famous mac & cheese dish has also sparked national attention from Thrillist, Esquire Magazine, Yahoo! Travel, Daily Meal and more. His award winning dish is made with 10 year, cave-aged, sharp cheddar, cavatappi pasta, and a few secret ingredients. You can also find Chef Ben Culp behind the kitchen of the Mac Daddy. Chef Culp has been immersed in the local food industry for years, most recently working as the Executive Chef at Big Belly in James Island before joining the team at Crave.
