Food Truck: Rolled Quesadillas

Rolled Quesadillas food truck will be on site serving up their fresh handmade guacamole and tortilla chips and delicious grilled quesadillas with a variety of fillings. We personally recommend the Carne Asada with bomb sauce on the side!

Sample menu items:

Carne Asada – Marinated steak, pickled red onions, Asadero, Cheddar and Monterey jack cheese to the Black Bean with savory sweet potatoes.

Black Bean – Seasoned black beans, onions, peppers, roasted sweet potatoes, Asadero, Cheddar and Monterey jack cheese.
Americano – Seasoned ground beef, pickled red onions, Asadero, Cheddar and Monterey jack cheese.
Pancho Nachos – guacamole, black beans, cheese sauce, jalapeños, pico de gallo, sour cream and your choice of chicken or beef.
All rolled Quesadillas are served with a side choice of bomb sauce, sour cream or pico de gallo.
