This is the second beer that we have brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast. It produces distinct tropical flavors, especially when combined with the right hop. This time, we used some amazing Cashmere hops from the Pacific Northwest that produce coconut, melon, and tangerine aromas and flavors
Beerd of Odin – Norwegian Farmhouse IPA
This beer is brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast, a recently unearthed yeast strain that has been used on farms in Norway for generations. It ferments incredibly quickly producing tropical flavors that complement the Citra and El Dorado hops used in this recipe.
That’s What She Said – Hazy Rye IPA
This beer was brewed by the women of Two Blokes and Lee Distributors. $1 from every pint sold benefits SOS Lowcountry Share Our Suzy. Bursting with hop flavor from Sabro, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, it has restrained bitterness, and some spice on the finish from the Rye malt.

PC LOAD LETTER – New England IPA
What the $#%& does that mean? It means a delicious hazy IPA made with Amarillo and Mosaic hops, then dry hopped with New Zealand Motueka hops. This results is a broad citrus medley on the palate and an aroma of freshly crushed limes. Not a product of Initech.

S.M.A.S.H. beers are defined by their simplicity. Single Malt And Single Hop. This is our rotating series of beers featuring regional and worldwide malts and hops. Our latest in the series uses Marris Otther malt from Essex England and East Kent Goldings hops from England. A nicely balanced beer that showcases both malt and hops.
