We used Grüngeist hops to make a bitter version of our traditional Hefeweizen. This hop adds peach and passionfruit to the banana and clove flavors of the hefe, not to mention a nice dose of bitterness to balance out the beer. Enjoy this beer while you can…it’s a limited edition.
